“ Clayton has been involved in two properties that we have build. The first property, Clayton built the second storey extension to our house, this involved major demolition to enable the addition. At the time we were staying on site in a sleep-out, using the water and power, Clayton made this possible while maintaining time lines and expectations. Clayton made very helpful suggestions about the use of materials, and changes to the design to improve both the layout and flow of the building and reduce costs.
The second property was the major addition to and existing house, basically doubling the size of the property, Clayton again completed this build on time and to budget, while improving some design items, and improving the layout of the home.
