Smart homes are certainly the new catchphrase in the new home build. So how do smart homes work? And how can these additions to your home be of benefit?
Security
Many homeowners are not looking to the future to protect their homes. Having smart security means you can monitor your property from anywhere in the world. Many features include:

· Remote professional monitoring

This type of all-round security allows homeowners peace-of-mind knowing that their homes are protected from wherever they may be. Cameras can also be wireless with heat motion sensors. Alongside some pretty impressive night vision and audio capabilities.
